25.01.2022 Exactly 40 years ago to this day, the extremely talented John Lennon was shot dead outside his house. Pictured is a copy of the Liverpool Echo, a newspaper from John Lennon's home town, from the day he was murdered. The framed paper represents a historic day in the music world and commemorates an extremely talented musician. We are starting the bidding for this item at $200 and will be auctioned off on Friday. Get in touch to make a bid if you're interested in this remarkable piece of memorabilia. All proceeds are going towards charity Sight For All.

23.01.2022 Last week we were lucky enough to have David Evans from Spendless Shoes host one of our Executive Roundtable sessions. This year has been quite challenging for a lot of us, which is why we used this opportunity to discuss the business and personal impacts that #Covid19 has had on us all. We are very thankful to Dave for sharing his story and how Spendless have faced a whirlwind of ups and downs over the past 8 months. In particular we talked about issues of leader fatigue a...nd what Dave described as the 3 A’s accepting, adapting and accelerating. We also toured the Support Centre and Distribution Centre where we learnt a little bit more about the daily operations of the business. This photo was taken recently showcasing the distribution crew at Spendless who have worked extremely hard throughout the rollercoaster of a year this has been. #adaptability #accelerating #covid19management #businessbuilding #businessleaders #businessadelaide #adelaide #executivedevelopment #innovation

21.01.2022 Some happy snaps from our first Super Roundtable of 2020 yesterday morning! It was great to see so many of our members all together (even if it was a little tricky to find the place). A big thank you to our wonderful speakers Phillip Dautel from Tonsley, Corrina Wright from Oliver’s Taranga and Joel Abraham who shared some great stories and insights with us. Thanks also to our friends at Tonsley for providing the space and some socially distanced seating for us. See you at the next one!

17.01.2022 Did you know the Tonsley Innovation District now employs more people on site than it did when producing Mitsubishi's? Tonsley has been transformed from an automotive site to one now involved in many other industries including medicine, energy, robotics and automation. Phil will be hosting 2 tours of the precinct, including demonstrations of 3D printing for the Kidman Park Rotary Club networking event on October 20th. Attendees should meet in the foyer of the Flinders University building at 5pm. Numbers are limited so book early to avoid disappointment: [email protected] or 0438 500 244

17.01.2022 We are excited to share the first item up for grabs at our Executive Roundtable auction. This framed print, with a certificate of authenticity, showcases the beauty and talent of Makybe Diva. Makybe Diva is the only horse to win 3 consecutive Melbourne Cups and has just turned 21! This item and many more will be auctioned off at our Christmas Roundtable next Friday, but we are taking bids now! Starting bid is $100 and all proceeds are going to the wonderful charity Sight For All.

16.01.2022 Last week we went along to the Rotary Club of Kidman Park networking event with a tour around the Tonsley Innovation District. We were joined by Phil Dautel, the Tonsley precinct director and Raphael Garcia from Flinders Uni NVI who both shared a bit of additional information with us all. We were able to see the robotics lab and 3D printing facilities on the tour which was very cool!

11.01.2022 We are excited to announce our second guest speaker for our end of year Christmas Roundtable is Penni Donato, Managing Director at Allin Towbars. Penni has years of experience and is a strong advocate for women in business. She will share her business story and the ups and downs they have faced at our Christmas Roundtable on Friday, December 11th. Book a ticket through Eventbrite if you'd like to come along: https://bit.ly/3knsfpr

09.01.2022 This quote from Michele Jennae really encapsulates what The Executive Roundtable is all about. We provide opportunities for professional development and learning from excellent guest speakers. However, many members actually get the most value from their fellow members! It's a great way to create professional connections and gather both advice and experience from those around you.

07.01.2022 Next on our list of items is this extravagant Cafe De Tiamo water drip coffee maker. For those coffee addicts, this will transform your cold drip coffee to the next level. This coffee maker retails for $299 but we are starting bidding at just $130. Get in quick with a bid because this is amazing value! All items will be auctioned at our Christmas Roundtable next Friday with 100% of proceeds going towards charity Sight For All.

06.01.2022 We have another great item on auction to raise money for Sight For All. This watercolour painting was painted by local, award-winning artist Lyle Dayman and depicts a rainy Adelaide day outside Cibo Espresso. The painting is already framed and ready to be hung up or gifted over Christmas. We are starting bidding at $50 so get in touch if you are interested - all items will be auctioned this Friday!

03.01.2022 Super excited to be hosting our larger format #executiveroundtable tomorrow in the #tonsleyinnovationprecinct with two great speakers Corinna Wright and Joel Abraham
