10.01.2022 What do you spend more time on??? During lock down I’m working on a lot of personal changes and social media time is one of them...so what do you prefer?? Where do you see most of my business posts?? I’ve been using this time to do a bit soul searching and I definitely spend way too much time on here...... Cant wait to share with you what I’ve been up to and what changes I’ve slowly been making to improve my health and well being This is not a quick fix, but with small changes I’m already feeling a lot better. Fair to say burning the candle at both ends is not sustainable and this second lock down has been a small blessing from that perspective for me. I’ve never been in the position to be home with my kids for such a long period of time...so I’m going to walk into 2021 remembering my time at home, with a roof over my head, a safe environment, and food on the table....2020 brought uncertainty, loss and sadness...but it has also brought new beginnings for my little... family.
