18.01.2022 Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you are kindly asked to give 24 hour's notice, or you will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you fail to give notice, and not show up to your appointment, there is a no show fee, which is a charge of 100% of your appointment cost.... If you have booked in for a 90 minute service and have decided to only have half the service, you are required to give 24 hours notice, or a charge of the full treatment booked will be incurred. These policies are to safe guard our business and time. We allocate time specifically for you, to perform your treatment. When inadequate time is given, we are not able to fill in the cancelled appointment spot. See more

Over the next 6 weeks, I ask you to continue to leave your brows alone, you all did a FANTASTIC job last time, I am so proud of your efforts, as I was able to create some beautiful new shapes and styles for you with the growth! If there is anything I can do to make your time in isolation a bit easier, let me know. I will be bulk buying a few brow pencils that I recomme...nd, and having the option for you to purchase them from me. Also thinking, a mild at home peel kit for my ladies who want a bit of pampering and upping their skincare routine during iso.
