24.01.2022 2020. What a year We celebrated the end of year with a staff Christmas dinner & wrapped up what was a CRAZY 12months! ... This year we have closed our doors, reopened our doors, full renovations to our gym, had restricted operating hours to then have full operating hours. And in between it all we have had nothing but loyalty and appreciation from our staff and gym members. We are so blessed to have the community we do here at the factory. We are all very pumped to have a well earned break over Christmas/New Years and still offer the facility’s of the gym to our amazing members. Not long now untill the big man in red visits us all

19.01.2022 WERE GOING 24/7 BABY The government have FINALLY given NSW gyms the all clear to open their doors for 24/7 access PLEASE if you have not got an access tag for our 24hr door then you need to come into reception and purchase a tag ASAP !!!... This will be affective from this FRIDAY 23rd at 1am the tags will be live to use So from Friday onwards we are back to our usual staffed hours of Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm Ensuring we keep to our strict covid safe plan of Social Distancing Use of Towels Wiping down equipment Use of Hand Sanitiser We need all of our members to continue this, ensuring we can remain open! If you have any questions about details send us an inbox! We are not so quietly shouting from the rooftops WOOHOO

18.01.2022 Ladies Exercise classes are run by the talented @stellbelle83 Wednesday & Friday mornings 8:30am Classes are free for all members of the gym and are held in our upstairs private classroom that is large enough to ensure social distancing.

11.01.2022 CHRISTMAS HOURS 2020 has been a HUGE year for everyone, to say the least. The staff family are very much looking forward to a break over Christmas/New Year after a huge couple of months working around the clock due to covid restrictions. In saying that, we have decided to close the reception from 6pm Wednesday 23rd December and re-open on Monday 18th January 2021 ... And enjoy a very merry Christmas with our families This means that only members with a 24/7 access tag will have access to the gym to train during these dates. If you do not have a tag then you will need to see staff before the closing date to secure one. * Members are NOT to be walking through with friends, without their own tag. The camera system picks this up and will notify us and you risk your account being automatically fined. * NO towel NO train will still apply! We will be doing regular checks on our camera systems to ensure this rule is followed. This includes wiping down your equipment after use. We are still under strict covid safe plans to keep the business open and we need all members to follow the rules to ensure we remain that way, with doors open .... If everyone can contribute to keeping the gym a clean and safe environment then we all can enjoy the facilities

With Group Fitness Classes running as usual upstairs in our private classroom I filmed Gemmas Monday 5:30pm class running the members through a full 45minute sweat session! ...
