24.01.2022 Our Mediterranean Tarts, fresh out of the oven. We serve them with blanched broccolini, beans & peas AND let’s not forget our Tomato Relish. So delish! We do recommend reheating the tart in the oven (if you can be bothered), it keeps the pastry flaky. All the instructions on how to reheat are on the bottom of the container, in case you forget! It’s always good to check.

06.01.2022 Amy had been telling us for weeks she was going to win ‘Best Christmas Outfit’ at our Christmas dinner. But when she rocked up in an inflatable Santa Suit (stilettos and all), we laughed so hard we could barely breathe. (She did mention she was competitive)! What a total legend for bringing us so much Christmas cheer! Thank you for all your dinner suggestions the other week. We ended up going to @rubyrose_cucina , the food and service was as fab as ever. We had a wonderfu...l night together, grateful for our special team and our TFC family. We take so much pride in helping so many families through the day-to-day to more difficult times, and feel really honoured to do what we do. It was lovely to take a moment to reflect together.
