25.01.2022 All of us receive gentle nudges from our spirit, our inner voice. It may be a thought, it may be an unexplainable feeling that arises or perhaps an image that comes to mind. My inner voice is a blend of all the above and lately its been getting a little louder. For me so much stress comes from not listening, from not trusting my inner voice. One of the pitfalls I fall into over and over again is continually stressing about whether I am on the right path. While the voices of f...ear and doubt sometimes seem the loudest, my inner voice remains steady and strong. My inner voice reminds me of who I am and what I want. It is the voice that tells me I just need to trust and accept that life will take me where I need to go. I invite you to tune into your inner voice, you will know it when you feel it, when body and mind rejoice in the "rightness" of it all. All welcome to join me at The Farm, 14 Sattler Road, Meridan Plains, at 9.30am for Soulful Sunday yoga. Mats will be placed to ensure social distancing. The coffee shop remains closed but I will have coffee/tea and sweet treats available for those who would like to stay after class. Remember, Queensland Health is asking anyone who was in Greater Brisbane on or since 2 January 2021 to stay home until 6pm Monday 11 January 2021. This is to protect the health of all. For people to come a feel peace and calm and to feel supported. A place to heal.Where if you had a passion, we would get excited with you. 03.01.2022 AND THAT’S A WRAP FOR 2020... It’s been a year with challenges, blessings, growth, setbacks, joy, sadness and so much more.... The Cottrell Clan would like to thank you all and to let you know we are taking some time off to do some work around the studios and The Farm, rest, play and spend time together...... Rashida ( Rashi) is taking a break from teaching until Monday 11th January when classes will resume. There will be uploads on the YouTube channel as well as many classes on there Sandy will be taking her Soulful Sunday Class on 3rd and 10th January ( the coffee shop won’t be open) It’s been a big year for us and we are looking forward to a break and seeing you all in 2021 Thank you

03.01.2022 Don’t underestimate the ripple effect of what happens @ The Farm.....we donated some funds to help with this eye camp in Africa organised by The Lions Club in Dare-salaam..... A big thank you to my uncle Muz ( who some of you met when he visited Australia).. it allows us to be sure the money is going directly to where it is needed The last 2 pictures show the difference it made to this man’s life .. before and after the operation... after which he could see... the picture ...speaks volumes We are so blessed here and take so much for granted. Thank you to all who support us TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
