23.01.2022 hello to you all, it has been such a trying time for all of us and i am just wanting to touch base with you all. hope you are all well and safe and same with your families, keep staying strong we will return to normal as soon as we all possibly can. As for the run this year we have been trying to find a way to keep doing a drought run this year but sadly at this point we have been advised that it will most likely run into next year, now having said that , should the need aris...e for fire assistance again in victoria we will be reaching out and heading out to help those in need. for those that are yearly donations please don't hesitate to contact us as we are still storing donations that are as followed. school books, pencils, pens, pastels, colouring books and craft books. the infamous toilet paper, paper towel, dog and cat accessories, pet food dry. chook food horse halters and lead ropes. To our wonderful Gwen from the Trentham petrol and stuff, our locals in Trentham and the IGA team, our lovely Jen from the Pig and Whistle and our team at Coles Daylesford , Daylesford Cidery claire, we thank you all for the past years help in our endeavours and we look forward to being able to partner up again and move forward when Covid 19 allows us to. look after each other, make good choices and have a great week and know that better times are coming for all of us. 21.01.2022 Morning everyone, just touching base with few bits and pieces. Firstly I hope your all well and safe, please stay home and look out for each other we once again need to stick together in these times. Do not travel anywhere unless absolutely necessary or going to work, don't be one of the selfish people thinking it's ok to put us all at risk, you don't need to go on holiday or buy new shoes, you need to be healthy and alive. For those effected by loss of jobs we feel for you a...nd hope you are all.goung to be ok and receive help. Regarding a Run ATM it won't be possible as you are all aware we rely on donations from our general public and well as we all know how hard it is to shop atm due to panic buyers we cant expect people to donate in such stressful times. We hope to be up and running as soon as possible but at this time we sadly have to wait. Please look after yourselfs and stay safe, for those like me who are in nursing, health care, Essential services we are all doing an incredible job, to those serving our morning coffees we thank you, to the tradies still working, stay safe , thank you, and remember your hand hygiene. Much love from us to you all. Chris and Brooke xxx #westandwithaussiefarmers See more

11.01.2022 Today we shared in saint Pat's Day at the pig n Whistle east Trentham. The on going incredible support we receive from Jen and Scott is beyond amazing and too our locals also in Trentham we are so greatful was a fantastic day as usual at the pig. Touching on another note, as you are all aware of how we gather donations to help our farmers we understand how the virus epidemic is effecting everyone so for the time being we will be doing more fundraiser events to reach our goal this year as people are stock piling. Please don't stop going out for lunch or dinner, if U see a tin with farmers support on it pop a few dollars in as they will be suffering from the effects of this virus too. Remember your hand hygiene it helps prevent the spread, thank you to everyone again WE SOLD OUT TODAY much love to you all.

05.01.2022 We’ve had no reception, this is Goongerah. We are 8 hours from home. Population is 30. This is total devastation but the people are so beautiful and friendly. This beautiful part of vic did house 1/3 of Victoria’s major plant life and vegetation, this is all lost and gone. Driving in was in describable, I was so saddened for our country and the enormous animal loss we have endured. We will never forget this run or the people, seeing this changes you and makes you realise how much we need things to change now to save our country. They still have no power, water or reception, they are isolated, but we did learn they don’t have tv anyway.

04.01.2022 Our beautiful friends up in Fowler's gap near our packsaddle drought stop sent me this plus more. We are sooo sooo very happy for them it bought me tears as we know how hard it's been for them on there station and for the rest of our drought famlies out that way that we treasure so much. Let's hope it continues and Vicki we will be up for the bbq in the green like promised #westandwithaussiefarmers #fowlersgap
