Ingredients we used: 3 mushed over ripe organic bananas 1 1/2 cups of organic buckwheat flour... 1 cup of organic coconut milk *Adjust measurements to suit your pancake style Give it a mix, pan fry and serve w/ organic blueberries, local honey & some organic coyo?
