24.01.2022 Make the swap So much talk about Australian products lately- fresh products are frozen over the boarder- (imported frozen but then thawed in Australia for their end processing is done in Australia) this gets around our fresh import law ... Legally fresh pork, beef, lamb cant be imported fresh so to get around this law big companies and corporations freeze their fresh imported products over the boarder- then thaw in Australia This by law can be labeled as made in Australia which makes it very confusing for the consumer when wanting to buy Australian goods- Pork, beef, lamb are treated, fed , and kept to different standards over seas god only knows how they are kept, treated and fed- Support local, buy local support Australia pork beef and lamb farmers- Australia has the best beef in the world Its about time we taste our backyard rather then import-

17.01.2022 Is their anything better then home-made lamb stew ?? Tell our team your idea of a beautiful stew ? Heres our recipe- ... Add 2 tsp olive oil to a heated pan Add onion and garlic (as much as you like) to the pan- cook until opake Add carrots parsnip and turnip potatos diced up- Add a bunch of parsley chopped up and cook for 10 minutes until the vegetables release their natural flavours- Drench your lamb casserole in flour, salt pepper Oven bake u til brown- Use 2 litres stock, this can be chicken, veg, beef, which ever you prefer- Add your browned meat to the mixture- cook on low until the meat falls off the bone I put the stew in the fridge overnight for the fat to form on the top- leave overnight remove fat from the top layer- and enjoy
