12.01.2022 Hey Guys, its been a while. I hope you all survived the Christmas and New Year period. For me it has been flat out at between the family, clinic, restaurant and the caf. I am pretty pumped for 2014 as it brings some exciting projects, such as a regular spot on 94.7 the pulse (Fridays 11am-12pm so tune in) a blog, regular updates and videos, but also a series of dinners (prepared and cooked by me) and seminars thats on all health and wellbeing in todays busy lifestyle. So tune it and details will follow FGF :)
