All you need to do is complete as many ‘Frog Burpees’ (see video) as you can in 1 minute! Have a go, post your video and tag us, using the hashtag #TFCchallenge! ... 02.01.2022 A little bit of ‘feel good’ news for your Monday morning Meet Col & Judy! If you’ve been following us for a while you’d know all about Nanna Jude. She’s an absolute Wonder Woman at TFC and inspires all of our members every session! She’s been training with us since the very beginning and has been our Plank record holder since early last year! Col has finally faced his fears of being shown up by his wife (just kidding ) and has started attending our Group Fitness classes ...too. Watching these two push each other is definitely a highlight of working in this industry. Thankyou Col and Jude for making us work and laugh harder every session!
