14.01.2022 What are you doing tomorrow to support your goals. I'll be doing a mini workout and some yoga. Also some work to get things organised for our busy season. Maybe you could attend a Larzys Fitness bootcamp tomorrow 9:30am. Especially since it's a long weekend. Check their page out for more info.

08.01.2022 SWEAT I love to finish a workout sweating. It has nothing to do with feeling like I've accomplished something. (I live in Qld, you sweat in your sleep) After me smoothie I'll shower and the feeling of all the dirt amd grim washing off my skin feels so good.

07.01.2022 Good morning. I love quick easy recipes that I can store in my freezer. Here is a Coconut Chocolate Rough recipe. http://www.thefitshed.com.au//post/coconut-chocolate-rough/

06.01.2022 How do you commute to work? We work from home so unfortunately we don't have the easy exercise daily and really need to make sure we do it. When we go out we make sure we park a couple of streets away from where we need to be. This also helps when trying to walk off some of the lunch we just consumed. http://www.abc.net.au//commuting-to-better-health/6000444|TravellingToWorkAndHealth_GPP|abc

06.01.2022 My gluten and sugar free month. Yes it's been a month already. What have I discovered. 1. I generally feel better... 2. I can taste more flavor than ever in my food. 3. I haven't needed my reading glasses as much in the last 2 weeks. 4. My acne is much better. The main reason was acne that I started this month, unfortunately champagne and red wine still cause me acne. I am going to introduce gluten back into my diet over the next few days and see What happens. Funny thing is I don't actually want to eat gluten any more. I no longer have an uncomfortable feeling in my stomach area which I think was caused by gluten. For the sake of this trial though I will for a short time. After that I will cut it out again and try sugar. I am fairly sure sugar is the reason for my acne and eye sight problems. The interesting thing is I either have more of a sensitivity to sugar or the stuff is just so bad no one should eat it because I haven't eaten much for years. xo

05.01.2022 As the weekend closes and Monday is only hours away who is dreading and who can't wait? We love Monday's. It's filled with a new day a new week and new adventures. Have a fabulous week.

04.01.2022 Something totally delicious to add to your breakfast without feeling guilty. Yes it is Pancakes........... mmmmmmmm They are gluten and sugar free. Mainly because I am currently abstaining for a month, much to my husbands dismay, he would have preferred maple syrup with his pancakes. So far I have learnt that it would be extremely difficult to be a chronic celiac. Going out for meals would be a nightmare. A couple of days ago I was so very grateful for the Paleo Cafe in Br...isbane, I thought I was going to starve in a sea of food. Other than that I have found the transition rather easy with no cravings as such, most likely because I ate little sugar anyway. I did walk past a great smelling bakery that made me drool a little. ENJOY and please remember to share xoxo http://www.thefitshed.com.au//pancakes-with-blueberry-dat/
