22.01.2022 Just another strawberry tart The strawberries were literally grown a couple of kilometres from my home at @harvestthefleurieu, the milk comes from beautiful Jersey cows just up the road at @alexandrinacheese and the eggs from our very own hens. The only thing that would make it better would be if we could grow and mill our own wheat! I used the pastry and almond custard recipes from my baked apple and almond custard tart (recipe on website).
