19.01.2022 Due to your kickass support and love for the maternal figures in your lives, (coupled with a worldwide strain on supply) we have had to stop taking orders for delivery and collection from yesterday (Ive been slack on staying present on social media, and I apologise). We didnt even get a chance to advertise Mothers Day and what we were offering - you all just assumed and have kept us SO busy, thank you. There are so many other great initiatives being organised from local bu...sinesses around, keep an eye out or just drop mum a card full of loving words at the door or in the letterbox. This is the first time in my seven years of floristry that there has been such a widespread exhaustion of stock. Our suppliers are working so incredibly hard for us and every other florist, our local growers are stripped bare. Its never been seen before so we appreciate your understanding and patience. 17.01.2022 Hey everyone How are you all doing out there? Just touching base to apologise for the radio silence and say WERE STILL HERE FOR YOU. Were just operating in a different capacity for the time being. Its been 10 days since we made the decision to move to a studio style operation and temporarily close our little oasis on Criterion Street. ... WE ARE STILL TAKING ORDERS FOR DELIVERIES AND OPERATING (OFFSITE) AS CLOSE TO NORMAL AS WE CAN As most of you know, were a very small, but hugely passionate team and we made the call early to protect ourselves, our families and our community by doing what we could as soon as we could. Floristry is an incredibly fortunate industry, an industry where we have the ability to create our product from anywhere. Its hard, because flowers are such a sensory experience, and its so beautiful to walk in and experience all the elements that make us who we are. We have to put that aside for the time being though, and were sorry! Were so aware that many of our friends, and community arent in the position where they can work from home and we are thinking of them during these strange and uncertain times. One thing we have learnt over this last week is to take a breath, touch base with your instincts and trust your gut. Because were all treading such unchartered waters, in a time of huge uncertainty. And its okay to have your shit together one minute and drop everything the next! We miss our shop, and we miss you all and we hope you are doing as okay as you can while adjusting to a new kind of normal.
