24.01.2022 Our fortnightly @flourmillmarkets will not be operating this Sunday, August 30. The markets be back Sunday September 6 with all your grocery goodies, and will be rolling out a detailed COVID-safe action plan to ensure the wellbeing of our customers and stallholders. That will mean well be instigating a shop-and-go policy, as well as operating as a cash-free market, along with some other important changes, so please watch this space. ... As always our @hugoscoffeecartel pop-up will however be trading all weekend form 7am on Saturday and Sunday! On Saturday, 29 February, over 1,000 community participants are invited to come together in Mungo Scott Plaza, Summer Hill to form the largest human image of a house on record, raising funds and awareness for the important work of Father Chris Rileys Youth Off The Streets. There will be food and coffee stalls, music and a great vibe for a great cause. 20.01.2022 Were excited to announce that the Flour Mill Markets are returning on Sunday 24 May from 9am 1pm! In line with government guidelines, only fresh produce and food will be available. Ready to eat food will be available as takeaway only. Part of the motivation for our relaunch now is to provide our community with access to great food options again, but the other part is to give our amazing team of makers, growers and creators an outlet to share their products with the world a...gain, after they have have spent months without one. Well of course be taking measures to social distance like spacing out stalls, installing temporary queue markers. Well be installing sanitiser stations and all vendors will be cash free and contactless! But well need your help too. We suggest only one shopper per family comes down, keep 1.5 metres apart, avoid touching fruit and veggies if you dont intend to buy them and avoid gathering inside the stalls. We cant wait to see you all again and thanks so much for supporting your local vendors in this time.

Theyll be fully cashless, maintaining a firm shop-and-go policy and reducing the number of stall holders amongst a number of other measures to help keep our residents, vendors and customers safe. COVID marshals will be present, vendors will be cash-free and we’ll have sanitizer stations and free masks on hand. But we’ll need your help too!... How will we know if we have broken the record? A representative from GUNNESS WORLD RECORDS will be on-site to make sure we follow all the rules. They will announce it on the day if we are successful.... 2. Can kids participate?* Absolutely! They just need to be able to stand in place with their hood on for 5 minutes. 3. How long will it take?* We stand in place for just 5 minutes. It will take around 15 minutes to get everyone in their spot. The rest of the day is a celebration! 4.
