13.01.2022 Happy Australia Day everyone!!! Since arriving in Australia more than 8 years ago, we have embraced the Australian culture and have made some lifelong friends. Tonight dinner at our house will be a traditional Aussie BBQ: Rosemary and mint crusted lamb cutlets, juicy pork sausages and tender scotch fillets on the BBQ, bubbles and beer in hand!... 04.01.2022 Point Cook is so blessed, we have an awesome air show on locally. Nothing like the sound of fighter jets passing by and the smell of burnt jet fuel! In the meantime... The Flying Dodo is busy baking a fresh batch of Tartes a la Banane (Banana Tarts) in the oven, smells absolutely devine!
