25.01.2022 Its October and mangoes are getting better by the day! The farms are heating up in the NT and we've got our first delivery of R2E2 Mangoes in and they are fricken HUGE!! We also have plenty of KP mangoes (delicious) and green mangoes perfect for cooking or salads.

16.01.2022 Protein balls made with our "Mourad's Dates" Summer is on the horizon and here's a healthy snack you can make with these delicious and nutritious dates from The Food Forum Belconnen. ... Mourad's dried dates use Australian ingredients, combined with the best quality products from around the world. They're prepared and packaged in Sydney so you can be sure of their freshness and also carry HACCP and Halal accreditation's for the manufacturing and distribution of their products. Here's the recipe if you'd like to make these delicious protein balls... Ingredients. 1 cup pitted dates (soak in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain well) 3 Tbsp peanut butter or coconut oil 1/4 cup dairy-free dark chocolate (roughly chopped) 1 Tbsp chia seeds (or sub flax or hemp seeds) 2/3 cup gluten-free rolled oats Method Pulse pitted dates in a food processor or blender until they’re in small pieces or it forms a ball (see photo). Add oats, chocolate, chia seeds and peanut butter and pulse or mix until combined. You want there to be consistently small pieces but not overly processed. Carefully roll into 1-inch balls (29-30 grams per ball), using the warmth of your hands to mold them together. Should yield 14-15 balls. To set, pop in fridge or freezer for 15 minutes. Will keep fresh in an air-tight bag or container for up to a week. Freeze for long term storage.
