Cost is $55 per person! MAIN - Roasted local four-point rack of lamb filled with white pudding from John Harbour butcher. Served with fondant potatoes, Dutch carrots in saffron butter, crispy sprouts, English peas and rich red wine jus. DESSERT - Beer a Misu. Traditional tiramisu with a twist. Mad...e with Red Duck Poulter, @hellbillyroasting coffee and Ingelnook cream.
