25.01.2022 My lovely friend Amy of the newly opened Tangelo at Cygnet (where the Lotus Eaters Caf used to be) has offered The Forgotten Tree a spot to set up for the Folk Festival this weekend - woohoo! Thanks Amy! Drop in and get folky with us over the weekend :)

25.01.2022 Just finished this cute beanie with the most gorgeous hand spun and dyed wool from NSW and finished with a couple of my special birds-eye Huon pine buttons Sorry folks, this ones a keeper for me.

23.01.2022 After something for mum this Mothers Day? How about some handmade knitted gloves...these gloves are lined with cosy fleece and finished with handmade Tassie wood buttons. They can be worn as cuffs so you can wear them while still using your hands, so handy! Let me know if youre after a particular colour.

18.01.2022 Lockdown doesnt seem much different from normal life for this hermit..still musing over new creations despite seeing the pointlessness of adornment in such difficult times. Probably not my best sales line, but Im still hopeful for the emergence of a new epoch of slow making, local growing and community connection. Heres a new creation of mine..I dyed some linen with Salt Bush from my local area, copper wire, salvaged seed pods and glass beads.

18.01.2022 A few more one-of-a-kind creations from found, salvaged and repurposed elements - bones, fur, feathers, copper, shell, beads. Some collabs with @bendyattic. Drop me a PM if any of these earthy tribal pieces tickle your fancy
