23.01.2022 To our Foundry members, It is with a heavy heart that we inform you that The Foundry will not be reopening as our gym once was. The current circumstances have allowed us to reflect and re-evaluate the direction of the business and as a result we will be changing our operating procedures. While some members will continue to benefit from the services we provide, we also appreciate that our new model may not suit all of our existing clientele. The Foundry is currently offering, ...and will continue to offer, mobile Personal Training and group sessions (once restrictions are lifted). With further services to be confirmed in the future. Although we are excited by the opportunities the future presents it has been a tough decision to transition away from what we have established. We have truly appreciated your support and friendship over the past 5 years. It has been a privilege to help, laugh with and make fun of some amazing and fabulous people. 06.01.2022 Our first YARD ladies getaway was a huge success Staying at the beautiful location of Mt Coolum hideaway. We did the Tree Top Challenge and tested a few peoples fears (including my own). All conquering the challengers we faced in the trees. I am so proud of how each of you supported and encouraged one another It was so much fun. After some much needed food and a cool down swim back at our hideaway we then climbed Mt Coolum. Absolutely stunning views. ... Thank you ladies for a fabulous trip away. I appreciate everyones involvement in helping out and working as a team. With allllll of the laughs we had I can certainly see us doing this again in the future.
