25.01.2022 Welcome Lilly Dyer! Lily is new to our team and will be teaching Yoga for Lunch on Mondays and a brand new regular Flow Yoga on Saturday 10am. Check out the timetable on our website (link in bio). Lilly loves steady and rhythmic flow. Movement inspired by nature, balanced with slower lunar arts and instinctual meditation. Since her first training, she has spent time learning with her core teachers, and theirs, soaking up their passion and part in the evolution of vinyasa an...d meditation. Register for the class and email Lindsay for your link to the recorded class.... Pilates is a system of exercise that aims to build strength, improve flexibility and posture, and bring awareness and control into exercise and everyday life. Matwork Pilates classes are offered in a group setting of up to 10 participants using body weight and small equipment. We are sooooo very much looking forward to seeing your lovely smiling faces and moving with you in our beloved space at The Fourth Floor. Class sizes will be limited and students will need to bring their own mats and props if needed. All of the necessary requirements to keep ourselves and the community safe will be adhered to and clearly outlined and visible in the studio ...and on our website prior to opening. 18.01.2022 Women’s Dance Circle: Confidence building through community Join Wajan Hale as she takes the Women’s Dance Circle online - LIVE. Sunday 4pm ... This will be a creative exploration of the online forum for connection and support. The theme of confidence was one I have wanted to explore for a while. Personally my confidence has been on a roller coaster ride for a while, and now the worlds confidence seems to also be on a roller coaster. I feel we can’t do confidence alone we definitely need some help from our friends and the women’s dance circle seems to be the place to grow this. Through movement and sharing we will create a deeper connection with our bodies and claim our power and experiences in the current world. We will also give our bodies the gift of healthy movement and joyous connection. It is suited to all levels of fitness as you are encouraged to move at your own pace. It's very exciting to be able to share in our movement practices again in person, though of course there are a few things now to consider when we gather in public shared spaces. Please take note of these safety and hygiene measures to help keep yourself and your community healthy and well. We ask that you please: - Do not attend the studio if you are presenting with signs and symptoms of illness. - Wash or sanitise your hands before entering the studio. - Respect the social distancing rule of 1.5 meters between people. - Bring along your own mats and props if needed. - Book ahead when possible to secure your place as spaces will be limited to 18 students per class. - Pre-purchase your class passes online to minimise time spent in reception.

15.01.2022 RETREAT.. It’s time. As many of us prepare for retreat from public spaces at this crazy time, I think of those affected with illness and disability, loneliness and anxiety, and major loss of income due to the current situation. And despite how our studio will be negatively affected, I feel very, very lucky. Our studio doors have closed as of TODAY and our classes will now be available ONLINE from this Sunday 22nd March. It’s funny, I’ve never had an affinity for social me...dia.. many of the posts here are made by the brilliant @gabistops . But now coming to terms with not connecting with people in person for a while, I am learning the incredible value of sharing company in this virtual space. The crew and I have been playing with the new platform for our classes and are really excited about the ability to connect LIVE with those of you keen to practice with us, while we remain in relative isolation. There’ll also be recorded versions of classes for those of you who wish to practice when you choose. You can access what’s on offer by checking our TIMETABLE (link on website in bio). We’ll be adding some new fun things along with free meditations in the coming days. Looking after ourselves and each other at this time is so important .
