17.01.2022 This morning, I have the privilege of being in an awesome session with Todd Herman, author of The Alter Ego, on How To Build a Super Self. So many take homes from this session and I can't wait to read his book. Hands down, one of the best presentations I have ever seen.

16.01.2022 Learning can be such a grounding process, especially for high achievers, and there is so much to gain from acknowledging that learning through doing is a key part of small business ownership and development. It doesn't feel great when we make mistakes but a mistake is only a failure if you don't learn anything from it.

15.01.2022 I had a week off last week - I didn't check my emails, didn't look at work socials, I truly checked out. It is so important to take breaks, especially when you're feeling uninspired and burnt out. It can break the cycle of procrastination, going through the motions or phoning it in - however your burn out presents itself. So I'm back this week, mentally refreshed and re-inspired! When was the last time you really took a break?

15.01.2022 It's Tech Tool Tuesday! This week's tool is OBS Studio which allows you to live stream, record video, screen record etc and it's free! It looks a bit technical to begin with but once you get the hang of it, there is so much it can do!

14.01.2022 Wise words from an incredible woman. It is easy to get bogged down, focusing on all of the things that haven't gone right or feel so much harder than you thought they'd be but often, later on you'll find the silver lining in that struggle. Everything turns out ok in the end, and if it's not ok, then it's not the end.

10.01.2022 Today I want to share a handy little image resizing tool. Promo Image Resizer is free to use at https://promo.com/tools/image-resizer/ It saves me so much time! I used to create different templates on Canva for each social media platform to cater for the different size requirements then download them individually and post them to the platforms. Now, I create one image and use Promo Image Resizer to create the different versions I need. So much quicker!

07.01.2022 The whole reason I started The Freedom Project was Freedom with a capital F! I needed more everything - time, creative freedom, autonomy, I needed an outlet for everything that I had learnt and a way to help other regional small business owners like me. My view is very much if you're doing something that makes a difference in peoples lives and you're passionate about what you do, the money follows.
