25.01.2022 I was interested when revisiting a study by Teresa Amabile and Steven Kramer in their book 'The Progress Principle'. 76% of participants they surveyed said that a good workday was when they made some sort of progress. For me, it reinforces a 'Growth Mindset' which focuses on 'effort' over 'outcome'.
