19.01.2022 Another epic weightlifting bro sesh over the weekend. This time we got the opportunity to max out in front of an enthusiastic crowd of CrossFitters, we just finished presenting a seminar on mindset, movement efficiency & did a massive workout with them all. Best way I could think of to wrap it up & end the seminar on a high. ... Good to see Ricky hit 150kg power clean for a 7kg personal best. The atmosphere was insane & the adrenaline was pumping. What a great weekend in Port Macquarie with everyone, absolutely loved it. Thanks for hosting us CrossFit Hijacked. #BENTONFitTrips
