02.01.2022 Hi! for those who don’t know me, my name is Juliana, hairdresser and owner of The Garden Hair & Beauty. My passion for hair started when I was little, in Brazil. Always curious, I loved reading magazines, getting to know hair styles, brands and its products. In 2004, I started working at my mom’s friend's small salon. At the beginning I would just wash the client’s hair, but as time passed, she taught me to do other things such as blow dry, applying colour, and how to straigh...t the hair. It was very inspiring and made me love the hair’s world more than ever! So in 2007, I started working in a new salon. There I learned everything that I know today as I had the opportunity to work with one of the best hairdressers I have ever met! A place where knowledge and practice were experienced in a high professional environment, allowing myself to develop skills and become a qualified hairdresser! In 2015, I arrived in the Gold Coast of Australia aiming for a new challenge in my career as a hairdresser! After a challenging start, where I had to work from home, I was fortunate to open my first salon in Surfers Paradise. Today, I am happy to invite you to my new salon in Mermaid beach.
