23.01.2022 Hi there Pony People. Hope you're doing well and coping with the 'new normal' - which rather ironically is now neither new or normal. Over the past few months we've been making a bunch of exciting changes at the bar to ensure we can continue to provide the great food, drinks and music the Gasoline Pony is rightly famous for. Thanks for all your support during the lock-downs and restrictions. It means the world. 23.01.2022 It doesnt matter where your favourite footwear comes from, youll always find your feet at Gasoline Pony. Were open six nights a week from 5pm, from 3pm on weekends. There are occasional live shows and streams. Check our FB page for upcoming gigs and booking details etc. We are a bit excited about our brand new pizza oven. You should check it out. We also have a range of other tasty bar food. And craft beer, wine, cocktails. You know the drill. ... 22.01.2022 Live music in NSW is under threat. We risk losing 85% of the states live music venues within the next 12 months and we need your help to save them. Please sign and share this online petition, and Help Save Live Music! Find the petition and further info here: https://www.sosnsw.org/ All we need is ONE MINUTE of your time to sign the above petition that will enable us to call on the NSW Government to work with MusicNSW and industry representatives to devise a stimulus package... that will ensure the ongoing survival of all venues in NSW. This is a package that will support the communities who depend on live music for their existence. A package which will safeguard the future of our industry. A package that will Save Our Stages for artists to perform.

22.01.2022 Thanks to everyone that came out and joined us for our last show. We really felt a special energy in the room and loved making music for such supportive people.... Many of you have come regularly to our gigs and we truly appreciate your ongoing support. It makes playing music even more special when you see familiar faces. 06.01.2022 LIKE A BIG PIZZA PIE We're possibly a little bit over-excited about our brand new pizza oven. Why not pop in and enjoy one with us soon. Choose from: > Prosciutto Pizza with tomato, mozzarella, parmesan and rocket (GF on request) >Mushroom and Truffle Pizza with olives and smoked almond ricotta (vegan/GF on request)... BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE As well as old favourites such as dumplings and nachos, we have just introduced Bi-bim-bap - a Korean warm rice and vegetable bowl dish, topped with chicken, egg or sesame tofu. It's exciting, colourful and nutritious. It has kimchi and a gochujang sauce that packs a punch and goes dangerously well with a cold lager! We also have a few sweet treats or simple cheddar and crackers, for those who fancy something lighter. BOOKINGS? 02.01.2022 Over the past few months, the Gasoline Pony has been live-streaming many live music performances. Our ability to make this 'pivot' has really helped us cope with some of the worst periods of the COVID-19 situation and related economic downturn. By live-streaming, we've been able to stay in touch with customers unable to visit in person, and generate some much needed income for our staff and performers. ... So it is very important for us to publicly to recognise the financial support of the Inner West Council's Creative and Cultural Resilience Grant program. With the Council's backing, we've been able to make the technical changes required to provide a decent live-streaming experience for customers and local musical artists. It also means our performers now have a much wider potential audience 'reach'. The live-streaming process has been a steep but rewarding learning curve, and there is still some way to go. Thanks for your support so far, and we look forward to bringing more great music, in the flesh and down the line. Fiona and Elmo
