18.01.2022 This is one of my clients @njhessman and I’m extremely proud of his hard work. In 12 months he has learnt how to manage his nutrition and training without having to sacrifice a social life, relationship, holidays, or the foods he loves. 05.01.2022 Gyms are closed from today until further notice. As much as this scares me I’ve made it my main priority to put plans in place to insure my clients are looked after. There is still so much they can do in the comfort of their own home. So I will continue to do everything in my power to support my clients over this time, and I am thankful for those clients who are also willing to help me during this time. Without them, I couldn’t continue doing what I love. Coaching is my passi...on. I love working with people, and this period of time is SHIT for all of us. So I’m doing my best to keep my head held high, keep my clients moving, knowing that at some stage this will pass. There have been worse things I’ve had to overcome in my life. I will continue fighting to do what I love. It’s important to remember that COVID-19 will pass. We need to do everything in our power now to stay safe, for our own health and for those around us. Be smart, stay home and let’s get past this sooner rather than later.

05.01.2022 After months of deliberation and a global pandamic I have a new home base. As much as I love sitting on the other side of a computer screen chatting to you guys, I’ve definitely missed working in person with people and am keen to get back to it! I’m very excited to be operating @thegaystrengthcoach at @belowparallelbc and would love to see a couple of fresh new faces.
