03.01.2022 35 Years! - Today it is 35 years since Healthscope opened TGC as one of first acquired hospitals which was back then an acute medical /surgical /obstetric hospital. In 1998 a decision was made to repurpose the hospital to a mental health hospital in response to community needs. The hospital was 32 inpatient beds then expanded to 52 inpatient beds and by July we will have grown to 73 beds. #mentalhealth #Healthscope #milestone #community
