24.01.2022 We often hear that the water makes a difference in the end result of the sorbet, so we decided to team up with Mangiatorella #mangiatorella_au and make our LEMON SORBET with the Mangiatorella mineral water which is imported by CIR XXI Century New Products. Mangiatorella water comes from the pristine woods of Stilo in the province of Reggio Calabria which 1 hour away from where our family is and is bottled at the source 1200ft above sea level. Ask us about the water too and we will be happy to give you a taste comparison between our locally bottled water and that of Mangiatorella.
