22.01.2022 Did you know that our butter chicken contains less then 20gms of butter and less then 125mls of cream the actual sauce is made from tomato puree, tomato paste with some chicken stock and a few other key ingredients......! But enough said .....! Bon appetit.....!

12.01.2022 We kick off midday onwards.....! For those who wanna eat and run......! Ghan's new years eve party. ....! Set menu $55.00 per person complamentary bottle of white or red wine per couple... Entree. Quail marinated in garlic, salt, pepper with a hint of safron and a few other spices that will tantalize your taste buds cooked in our tandoori oven. Served on a stack of grilled veggies with a vinger reduction that will leave you licking your lips and thats just the entree...! Main course The afghans are firing up the bbq A.F.G style.....! Up in smoke .....! Skewed lamb back strap coated in our secrect blend of spices and herbs marinated for 48hrs in onion juice. You havnt had lamb like this so tender and full of flavor. Skewed chili Prawns in a range of coated spices with a kick of chili that will have you dialing 000 for the fire brigade. Milder option available for the faint hearted. All served on a bed of white rice with a afghan salata ( afghan style of salad) and fresh garlic naan till your hearts contempt. Alternative option Skewed chicken thigh fillets marinated in a blend of aromatic spices and herbs with a slight hint of paprika. For main course you can choose two of the three options or if you like to endulge for a additional $6.00 you can have all three skewers. Side condiments aslo provided with afghan turshi (pickled veggies) and cucumber raita. Desert....! Afghan frinee which is a sweet rice pudding slow cooked in a milk reduction with fresh cardamom and a dash of sugar or your choice of safron, pistachio's ice cream. Deluxe banquet 5 entrées as follows, mantu, bolanne, shami kebab, chicken tikka an tikka kebab 5 mains as follows, chicken korma, loobia korma, lamb shamli korma, boranne banjan and gosht sabzi with fresh naan baked in our tandoori oven. Deserts your choice of baklava, carrot hallwa with vanilla ice cream drissled in a sugar syurp topped with almonds, pistachio's, saffron ice cream or last but not least pistachio ice cream. ... Now thats a meal fit for any king...!
