12.01.2022 Work is underway around The Glades dog park on Albizia Grove to bring on our next release, Stage 10A. Temporary fencing has been installed around the site but access to the dog park will remain during the works. The current dog park will be replaced by a new, permanent dog park.... We'll be posting regular updates on the progress.

02.01.2022 Exciting news for our residents! Works have officially started on the METRONET Byford Rail Extension! The project involves extending the Armadale Line a further 8km and a brand-new station in Byford just 400m north of Abernethy Road, which will improve connectivity and access to the area. 02.01.2022 When the Byford Rail Extension is completed, residents in and around Byford will be able to travel by train to the Perth CBD and wider metropolitan area. The station location was determined to sit in close proximity of the future Byford Town Centre, to support expected future growth, and drive connectivity between east and west sides of the rail corridor.
