23.01.2022 October 10 is World Mental Health Day and comes on a day where our world has changed dramatically in the setting of the Covid 19 Pandemic. Never have we had to experience more isolation, fear of the future, financial insecurity, fear for own health or had to undergo the experience of not being able to be there for loved ones physically when they are unwell or at the end of their life. From weddings, to babies, to work or study many of us have our lives on hold and many if not all of us have experienced increased anxiety or low moods at least once during the last few months. Today is a day to remember to take care of your mental health and the mental health of loved ones. Take it easy on yourself, take a break and make sure to connect with those around you.
