My view is that it’s in times like these your inner strength becomes your most valuable weapon. Now is the time to be the best version of yourself. As much as I’d like to, I can’t ease the burden on the healthcare system or restock the supermarkets. But I can help you handle it all better mentally and emotionally. I can offer strategies that will help you deal with people whose emotions or situations have got the better of them.
