23.01.2022 Trivia is back at The Golf Club tonight from 6:30pm, get your team of 10 or less together and join in a fun free night of Trivia. Don’t forget that the annual Chop Shop Butchery Australia Day Golf is on Tuesday 26th January with an 8am shot gun start - book online or call in to the Pro Shop to secure your spot. 22.01.2022 It was a beautiful day on the golf course today. The course is looking stunning. The ladies played a Stableford and Melissa Gash was the winner with 32pts. Kim Robinson had birdies on the 14th & 17th. Congratulations to all who played, including our new member Tracey de Jong, welcome aboard.

18.01.2022 Weekly stableford results We saw 40 players take to our course this week to compete in our weekly stableford medley. Seeing Bud Vero in 1st with 40 points, good golfing mate, 2nd Craig Tuckwell with 39pts, 3rd place was Arthur Mitchell with 38pts and in 4th was local pro Jason Taylor having 38pts. No eagles recorded in this weeks medley and balls went to 35pts+. Congratulations to all winners ... Saturday stableford men’s results 40 men took to our local track today in some windy conditions. With the course in great condition we saw some good scores this week. In 1st place John Bourke with 43pts, very nice mate, 2nd place was Micheal White with 38 pts, 3rd place was Craig Symington with 38pts and in 4th place was Andrew Mathews with 36 pts. No eagles in this weeks Saturday men’s comp and balls went to 32pts+. Congratulations to all winners On Monday the 14th our course will be hosting some teams playing in the Longest Day. If you wish to tag along for any holes wether it be 1,2 or 72 please come down and support some local members and also visitors. All donations will be going towards the cancer council foundation. If you want any further information please feel free to pop into our pro shop. Thankyou Plumb and pro Fang shield 2 man Ambrose is on next saturday (19th) if you haven’t already got your name down. Hop onto our golf and put your details in and put yours and a mates name down. Shot gun start. Must have an Australian golf handicap. Top 15 teams win a half ham each.

17.01.2022 Weekly Stableford medley results 51 players took to the course in hope to shoot low but score high in this weeks stableford medley and some players did just that. In 1st Ollie Chandler with 41pts great golfing mate, in 2nd not far off the lead was Brad baker with 39pts, 3rd only a few off the lead was Tim Cameron with 38pts, 4th was Bruce Honeysett and in 5th was John Bourke. We saw an amazing eagle on 17 in a hole in one by Lindis Durham. Congrats Lindis Balls went to 31p...ts+. Men’s January Monthly Medal results. 41 men teed off the blue tees yesterday in hope to claim the first monthly medal of 2021. Lenard Carvell took out overall with a 69 Nett good work mate. The grade results are as followed. A Grade 1st- Stuart Mcindoe 70 Nett 2nd- Kymble Pascoe 71 Nett B Grade 1st- Sean Millwood 70 Nett 2nd- Logan White 72 Nett C Grade 1st Jayden Galvin 70 Nett 2nd- David Myers 70 Nett No eagles recorded this week and balls went to 74Nett or better. Congrats to all winners and I hope 2021 treats everyone well. Good luck for this year golfers

09.01.2022 Weekly stableford medley 53 players took advantage of some awesome weather this week and played at our local golf course. In 1st was David Myers 39pts, 2nd Lindsay Patterson 39pts, 3rd Gregory royal 37pts, 4th Danee royal 37pts and in 5th Tim Cameron 37pts. We had 2 eagles this week going to Danae Royal on the 10th and Lindsay Patterson on the 15th. Congrats guys. Balls went to 33pts+... Saturday men’s 2ball agg results 48 men played in this event with some excellent scores being posted. 1st A.Meissner & E.Biddulph 74 2nd J.Augustson & W.Coward 72 3rd R.Minch & B.Hollis 70 Balls went to 64+ Congrats to all winners Reminder for pennant players draws are up. A grade starting on the 24th of jan and B & C grade starting on the 31st of jan. please be in contact with your appropriate captain to arrange availabilities. 06.01.2022 Some results from over our Christmas break. Thursday medley 44 players took to the course on Chrissy eve and the weather was awesome. 1st place was Snowy with 40pts, 2nd place was Josh Slade with 40pts, 3rd John Bourke with 39 pts and in 4th was Susan wilks with 38 pts. No eagles on the day. Balls went to 33pts +. Saturday men’s stableford ... Boxing Day at the course was a quiet one but that didn’t stop players from posting good scores. In 1st place was Adam Russell with 43 pts , 2nd was Bobba Dial with 38pts and in 3rd was David Macintyre with 37pts. Lenard Carvell had an Eagle on the 4th and he won the jackpot at 8balls. Congrats mate. Thankyou all for a different 2020. It’s been a roller coaster of a year but very enjoyable Thankyou to all who played throughout. Have a good new year.

We will be closing at 5pm on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
