19.01.2022 Hey there lovers of all things balls :) Just who do I think I am!? Here's the run down! I am just a regular, semi decent cook and human, who decided to get creative....... I'm very lucky in that my office is like one big eclectic focus group, full of people with different dietary requirements, on all sorts of different diets (including myself...keto!!) or choosing a way of life that means they cannot eat most of the processed treats in supermarkets or at cafes unless you look really hard. Over the past year or so I have been able to hone in on this opportunity and start playing with some recipes that I hoped would be to people's liking. With some wonderful feedback and trying out new ideas and working on a few fav flavours within the group, I have realised there's a huge market out there for these treats that are ticking all the boxes.. Without further ado, I bring to you The Good Ball Co! A range of gourmet protein balls for everyone from our vegan friends, to nut free, gluten free, low calorie, sugar free and of course my current fad which is the keto (high fat low carb) way of life. I have something for everyone, and if I don't, I can and will. All amazing, all healthy, all GOOD. Try them out for yourself and see how good it is to be good!
