24.01.2022 Seemed like there was hardly anything in the veg patch today, except for pumpkins, silver beet and the last of the tomatoes. But after scouring the garden, I came back with this lot. Vegetable Spectacular.

02.01.2022 Put some Borage in the veg patch for the first time this year. It has gone nuts with minimal care and the bees just love it. The edible blue star flowers make the cutest decorations for cakes too.

01.01.2022 Quite excited to try grinding our own sun-dried corn and substituting it for half the flour in our bread loaves. It was well received by the family too!
