Its been just us girls at home, including cows, dog and hens; a bit strange not to have our men about to spoil, but I suspect they couldnt be happier about it Ive heard tell that many fish have been caught, a fitting reward for all they do. And my heart is full knowing my dad, my husband and my son are spending such magical time together just being boys

18.01.2022 SAUNA Ive been using the sauna 2 or 3 times a week, and the biggest changes Ive noticed are 1) when we started, I didnt sweat for the first 10 minutes, and now I start sweating immediately This is HUGE, because it means my body is accessing the very best detox pathway, and it wasnt accessing it before. So I would trigger a detox but my body wasnt cleaning up those toxins effectively (this is a big MTHFR problem). Now the toxins and all that retained water has a much more efficient way of getting out of my body! 2) If my mental health is not great (Grey foggy brain, lack of focus, no energy), I will have a morning sauna, followed by a cold shower, and everything clears up drastically. This is because Im detoxing better, AND because Im triggering my Vagus Nerve into life. So far, best decision EVER!

16.01.2022 PEACE Yesterday I just needed to sit in my garden. Looking at the dark things that are being exposed, and sharing them, has taken its toll on my Empath Spirit. Sometime its a struggle to remember to keep my armour on (the Belt of Truth, the Breastplate of Righteousness, the Gospel of Peace, the Shield of Faith, the Helmet of Salvation, and the Sword of the Spirit.) Because in the middle of it all, theres still crazy hard heavy metal detox to drag my tired self through, and mothering hugs and admonishments to hand out. Im not complaining, just reminding everyone that, like me, might have forgotten for a moment: that God wins, that we are offered a bottomless well of peace in spite of the world, and that sometimes, sitting amongst your spinach and cauliflower is the quickest way to access it

16.01.2022 NAILED IT If I dont say so myself This chocolate cake recipe, which I created as we were emerging from strict GAPS 6 years ago, has been pulled out for pretty much any event that requires cake. Or not. I make it into brownies (without ganache), freezeable cupcakes (cook for 18 mins instead of 35), and birthday cakes. It should be just undercooked in the centre when you remove it. The cake is 100% grainfree and refined sugar free, and can easily be dairy free (switch yogh...urt for coconut yoghurt). My son asked me to make it into a mint chocolate cake, so I found some organic mints, and I used the Dark Lindt mint chocolate to make shards on top (because we can sometimes). The ganache is: 1/2 cup coconut cream, 1 melted bar of 78% Lindt chocolate (dairy free) or you can use homemade honey dark chocolate to avoid any sugar. Blended together. If it splits, add another tablespoon of cream and blend again. We never get sick of this beaut! 15.01.2022 Were all a bit sad around here Our beautiful girls due date came and went, and with it her pregnancy symptoms just faded away. The vet broke it to us that she had a phantom pregnancy, so all the signs but no beautiful little puppies The worst part is, nobodys told Shiloh. Shes been pretty lost and sad, I wonder what she makes of it all? Oh well well try again next time

If you develop COVID, you can ask to be a part of the clinical trial and sign a disclaimer. All three drugs have been prescribed for over 60 years, are considered safe and are cheap. Its a clinical trial because they havent been used specifically to treat COVID. It makes you wonder about the low QLD numbers... Anyway, I thought you should know. 03.01.2022 HONEY After the toughest year in memory for many Australians, especially farmers; after drought, then fire, then coronavirus; the honey dried up. There wasnt enough nectar in the sparse flowers, and hives were decimated. I know many beekeepers have reluctantly turned to feeding the bees sugar water to survive, as outside hives have been flying further and further to find food. We were so lucky, our hive survived, but the only way it did was because (following the good advi...ce of @brymacnativebees ) we didnt touch their honey for nearly a year. So they had their own food to eat, and it all worked out. So imagine our delight when we checked the hive last week, and it was heavy with honey! We were jumping for joy! Finally! Points to note: 1) Since when is frontline doctors presenting new data on a CURE for this epidemic not newsworthy? The MSM should at the very least be reporting this as news. COVID fearmongering is the only thing on the news these days, so even talk of a cure should be the BIGGEST news story of ...2020. It should be thoroughly discussed and dissected for months, but instead, its been censored, smeared, and smothered...Thats a huge red flag. 2) The data the doctors presented is 244 pages long, and includes clinical trial data from China, India, and France. The data is collated from over 6000 doctors worldwide. Are they all debunked? Are they all not trustworthy? No one is dissecting this!
