I used a whole bunch of beet in the blender. 4 eggs, 1 200g block paneer, 50g low fat milk, 3 cloves garlic, 2 big pinches salt. Poured into flat bread which I had shaped into bowls (using bowls). Baked for 1hr 160deg. Serves 4.
