23.01.2022 Yesterday The GP Clinic opened! A very exciting day for our staff and patients. We are so thankful for the huge support from the Bendigo community. We were inundated with flowers. The GP Clinic is looking forward to welcoming all our new patients.

17.01.2022 The GP Clinic has been proactive in the past weeks as the COVID-19 situation has been developing in Australia. Our priority is to follow recommended guidelines from the Department of Health for assessing patients with respiratory symptoms. Patients with fever, sore throat, cough, runny nose or shortness of breath will continue to be triaged outside the clinic and will now been seen in our new indoor purpose built respiratory consult room with full equipment. We have had majo...r works done to the clinic this weekend to isolate such patients allowing us to still provide a full medical service to our registered patients. Patients with respiratory symptoms or fever will now enter from the back of the clinic and not share the waiting room. Our staff will wear full personal protective equipment with gowns, masks and goggles. All changed between each patient. 15.01.2022 Another 12 hours of preparation was done at The GP Clinic today. Our respiratory consult room was completed with a final layer of paint and 26 new personal protective gowns were sewn. Dr Kirby White will be working in the Respiratory Clinic tomorrow afternoon. Look out for one of her new flamingo protective gowns.

15.01.2022 If you are attending the GP Clinic over the coming weeks you will notice a few changes. We have taken precautions to keep our staff and patients safe from possible exposure to Coronavirus (CoVid-19). We have a member of staff outside the clinic to meet and greet all patients. If you have any symptoms of a cold (fever, cough, breathing difficulties, runny nose) or have travelled overseas in the past 14 days, our staff will advise you to see our doctor in our afternoon respiratory clinic.
