24.01.2022 I'm back from a 2 week tour of Italy I have been lucky enough to attend 2 Trips to Italy over the last 3 years with high school students and as a 'foodie' it's a great bonus to be able to absorb (literally) all the varieties of food along the journey. Their pizzas kick butt on ours, if you've never been there they are super thin, with very basic toppings and always only cooked in a wood fired oven! Their dessets/treats are lined throughout the shop windows and have a simple yet traditional nature about them. 04.01.2022 Never be scared of trying new ingredients! Okra is very similar in taste to zucchini. Panfried and paired with sweet potato, bacon and chicken made for a great dinner.
04.01.2022 The hubby asked for some beef, mushroom and onion pies for dinner. Served with onion and mustard jam they hit the flavour spot nicely I dont think he should have complained so much about holding the lighting though...he was worried his dinner would be cold
