17.01.2022 Does anyone else love platter food as much as me? Two things I believe are super important when purchasing food... GOOD QUALITY & HYGIENE!! Its a boring thing to talk about, but knowing where your food is being prepared, especially when its in someones kitchen (that you cant see) is something you should think about When buying from someone always check... Are they council approved? This means the health inspector has come and checked over everything... Have they done a food handler course? Do they know about cross contamination? Chopping boards & knives? Is the fridge at the correct temp to store meats etc? Are benches cleaned & sanitised to standard? are pets in the house when preparing? . These are basic things to think about and things I AM VERY STRICT ON! Hygiene is number one priority See more
