06.01.2022 All of my clients know how much emphasis I place on gut health for skin health. It is great to see the American Academy of Dermatology calling probiotics a 'new beauty breakthrough'! I don't recommend the external yogurt idea, but including lots of fab fermented foods in your diet such as saurekraut, kombucha, miso and pickled veggies is sure to get you glowing <3
