24.01.2022 This is the #vegan fisvee fillets I tried the other day from woollies. I really liked the taste and it comes with 11g of protein per serve. Plus I didn’t feel bloated at all. Not too bad for a treat once in a while @ Sydney, Australia
13.01.2022 Being Mediterranean I love the heat, but surprisingly I have been enjoying ice baths. Before you think we are crazy, please do your damn research on the many many benefits of ice baths and cold showers. Embracing discomfort, either by jumping in the ice, either training like there is no tomorrow, or by being punched in the stomach, is one of the biggest lessons I have learned and looking forward to pushing my limits even further

07.01.2022 I don’t complement myself often, but I’m really proud of my creation today! Just improvised and made a potato salad with #vegan mayonnaise by @followyourheart Just mixed up some boiled potatoes, green peas, carrots, red capsicum, onion, cucumber pickles, olive oil and mustard.... I’m having it tonight with some vegan fish fillet that I will show you later
05.01.2022 Sweet potato gnocchi with sautéed vegetables. Lovely dish and very gentle to the stomach. My non vegan companion also enjoyed it
