08.01.2022 We have posted a few kitchen tips over the past few months, but now we are calling on you to share with us any great kitchen tips you may have, please comment and post below, and we can share them to help others.

02.01.2022 Whilst this might sound a little left of field, this dish sings of crisp, fresh flavours, and is perfect for the upcoming Summer months. Recipe >>> 1. Combine in a food processor, 1 cup of pistachio kernels, 1 cup of mint, 1 cup of parsley, 1 cup of parmesan, half a cup of olive oil. Process until smooth.... 2. Bring a saucepan with 1 ltr of water to the boil ready to cook your gnocchi. ( Gnocchi can be handmade or store bought if you are not comfortable making fresh pasta.) 3. Heat a pan on medium heat, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 6 cherry tomatoes, sliced zucchini cut into round discs 6 cms in length, and 6 slices of your favourite salami. Saute for about 4 minutes, or until your zucchini starts to brown and the salami gains some crispiness. Turn the heat down to low-medium. 4. Add gnocchi to boiling water, it's ready when it floats to the top! About 2-3 minutes. 5. Add a large tablespoon of the pesto into the pan, along with your now ready gnocchi. A little dash of the pasta water will help to distribute the pesto around the pan and coat the pasta along with the zucchini, salami and tomatoes. Use a large spoon to combime everything together, making sure the pesto kisses all the ingredients in your pan. 6. Serve into a large warm bowl, garnish with grated parmesan and freshly cut parsley.
