25.01.2022 I am so excited to announce a new regular addition to The Grown-Up Girls Report Podcast - BeautyChat. BeautyChat will be a regular fortnightly podcast focusing on all things beauty. Episodes will feature super-duper beauty pros who will be sharing all their tips and tricks! Now BeautyChat is NOT about encouraging us to spend hours second guessing our appearance or pressuring us to look younger. Not at all. In fact the complete opposite. ... I believe that beauty is merely a tool to help us shine and be the best version of ourselves. Because I know that on the days I spend a little more effort on myself and brush my hair and pop a little makeup on, rightly or wrongly I feel more confident. Much like Book Club, this is all about getting my beauty mojo back after 20 plus years of being all consumed with kids and family. Now, my kids are a little older and more independent, I finally have a little time to do something for myself. Watch out for a great first episode which features the wonderful Susan Napper, Beauty Concierge and makeup artist - out tomorrow! Thank you all so much for your support of The Grown-Up Girls Report. 22.01.2022 Attn 'book clubbers' - I'm so excited to share with you our reading list till the end of the year! And I have to say, I think it's a beauty! A good dose of psychological thrilled, some top quality fiction and humour and of course, a little self-help. And a few author chats as well! A big thank you to everyone for the suggestions. It has been so hard trimming the list down - but I think we need to keep it to a book a fortnight - otherwise chaos will prevail!... Remember, your feedback is so important.
