02.01.2022 My goodness, I haven’t done a transparent post in awhile... so read below if you’re interested To cut to the chase.. We’re attempting to do same day shipping (bake, pack and ship), we’ve spent months improving our production line and we’re confident that we can maintain it moving forward.... But THEGROWTHS shipping times are terrible!? We know, they were.. now it’s going to be one of our strengths. We attempted to do this last year but failed miserably as we were just a small team of 3 people with no heavy machinery. Now we’ve grown ;) Our manufacturing facility has improved immensely with most of our facility being automated we now can pump out several cookies per second, rather than per minute, not to mention we have ALOT more staff on board helping us bake tones of cookies every week. The BIG PROBLEM We now ship through StarTrack and Eparcel, which means no more untracked delays. Because we’ve switched shipping companies and ship the same day (before 12) your orders will arrive very, very fast. In fact if you order express before 12 PM and you’re within 4/6 states (vic/nsw/sa/tas) you’ll likely receive your order the next business day. I could type all day about all the changes that have gone on in the background, but I’m going to leave that for our being skinny series that is due to launch soon.. you’ll get to see everything that goes on behind the scenes.
