11.01.2022 A few years ago I came across a book called the Miracle Morning by @hal_elrod. . It seemed like a good thing. Get up at 5am and get life going with some exercise, meditation, visualisation and journaling. . .... So I started to get up at 5am and do my morning routine. It was tough and I admit sometimes while meditating I would fall asleep again. . But I pushed on because so many people raved about it. The hardest part was journaling. I felt silly and never knew what to write! . Theres a lot to be said for perseverance though. . Now Im up at 5am (most mornings) and have created my own morning routine that involves a bit of yoga, meditation, breath wok and finishes up with journaling and a coffee. . Its one of my favourite parts now an brings me loads of insights. Its like writing to a friend. . Do you have a morning routine that energises you? Do you journal? . If you dont give it a go and hang in there if you dont love it at first. .
