25.01.2022 Hi Sleuths! Our bodies guide us in so many ways to find the root cause of disease states. I look at people's tongues regularly for a quick overview of their general health. Major organs are noted in "tongue mapping" diagrams, such as the one below. You may note the kidneys at the rear of the mouth. If you are felling stressed/anxious (and who isn't right now?), simply wet your fingertip and roll it in some fine, pink Himalayan salt and place it in the CENTRE of your tongue (...no water needed). I would suggest about 3 dabs worth at a time. The salt tastes quite sweet as it dissolves. The salt contains 80+ minerals and will dissolve on the tongue, dribbling quickly into the kidney zone.
