05.01.2022 HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT PLANT-BASED MEATS? A new report gives us more information on which ones are better options and why. Read the article for my thoughts. At the end of the day, they are ultra-processed foods and don't replace plant-based wholefoods, but realistically, we are all time poor and may on occasion need and quick and easy option.
