There are lots of reasons that we make our food choices, but if you have IBS or a food intolerance, your choices can make or break your day. Did you know there are up to 10 molecules in wheat products that are implicated in IBS and food ingoelrcne symptoms!!!... BUT, what science actually knows is that starting to move in the direction of what you want to do starts to build momentum and your motivati...on. So, starting to take small steps in the right direction can be enough to spur that motivation that you’ve been waiting for. Which of these is something you can do today? 1 Write a list of meals that you want to cook this week 2 Write a shopping list of fruits and veggies to eat 3 Buy that food you want to re-challenge 4 Put on your walking shoes when you want to go out for a walk 5 Message a friend and make a time to catch up 6 Book an appointment with a specialist dietitian to get on top of your IBS symptoms 7 See point 6 Hint, point 6 is what we are specialists in
